Sean Price

My name is Sean. From the age of eighteen, I have always been involved in some sort of business. Prior to becoming an agent and investor, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. I spent the last fifteen years running my private Chiropractic and Functional Medicine Practice and went on to expand into real estate just five years ago. I just moved my family of 6 from Destin Florida to Great Falls Virginia to begin a new chapter in our lives. Pursuing an education to this level and working with my wife and partner Kelly to build two multi-million dollar businesses has helped me develop the skills and desire to constantly learn and become better able to serve my retail real estate and investor clients every day. With a sales, negotiation, and service background, I have a passion for analyzing deals which allows me to guide my clients and help them understand how they can reach their financial goals through real estate by negotiating win-win deals. It is my job to help provide my retail/rental clients a home in which they can raise their family, create memories and find a place of peace while as an investor working for myself and my investor clients to build their portfolio in order to reach our real estate goals. Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, building businesses and studying real estate as I am an entrepreneur at heart and my work is my play. My intention is to continue to work full time as a REALTOR for the next 5 to 7 years here in Northern Virginia while building my investment portfolio in the Florida Panhandle.
