I'm Dr. Terri Widdick, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed real estate professional, and real estate investor based in Jacksonville, Florida. My primary focus is acquiring, renovating, refinancing, and holding residential investment properties, with a strong emphasis on affordable housing and Section 8 rentals. I have experience in acquisitions, property analysis, project management, renovations, financing, and portfolio growth, and I enjoy building systems that create long-term cash flow and equity.
