Wendy and I are getting started as Buy and Hold Investors who want to generate monthly cash flow and reap the benefits of appreciation over time I am a busy drummer and drum instructor. Wendy is a project and program for a local debt collections company. We both want our time back, so we can spend more time with our kids and grandkids, and commit ourselves to more interesting things like Rotary involvement and working with Not-For-Profits we believe in.
