Rental Property Investor
Active duty sailor, looking to connect with other investors and build a team for my first deal (while at sea on deployment). Looking for investors to recommend me a good real estate agent that is an expert in dealing with military personnel in the area and utilizing VA loan. I am looking for a house hack on a multi-family deal, with at least $10,000 for rehab and $5,000 in reserves.
