I am a real estate investor and financial professional. My RE journey began with a 3 family house in Providence from 2010 - 2015. I also bought and sold a condo in my self-directed IRA after holding onto it for 8 years. I replaced that condo with another also in my self-directed IRA, after moving to Florida in 2018 and sold that property just before Covid began.
