Hi, I’m Denny—Entrepreneur, Real Estate Enthusiast, Capital Provider and Wealth Builder! My journey into the world of entrepreneurship and real estate began back in 2005 at Primerica Financial Services, where I got my start as a personal financial advisor. They offered to pay for my licenses and teach me the ropes in insurance, debt management, and retirement planning. I jumped at the chance! Soon, I was armed with Life, Health, Mortgage, and Series 6 investment licenses, helping clients with everything from mutual funds to IRAs and 401(k)s. In 2008, I read Rich Dad Poor Dad, and that’s when the real estate bug bit me hard. By 2010, I joined the Central Florida Realty Investors (CFRI), a vibrant, award-winning community of investors, vendors, and lenders. Serving on the Board of Directors was an amazing experience, and it helped me build strong relationships in the industry. For the first five years, I dipped my toes in part-time, focusing on wholesaling, flipping, and rental properties. Then, my wife brought up the idea of investing in apartment buildings, and I was all in! We dove into classes, devoured books, and teamed up with another investor to acquire our first 48-unit property. Around that time, I also decided to pursue a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Central Florida—Go Knights! Over the next five years, we acquired four more properties, totaling 118 units as managing partners (aka sponsors). Transitioning to multifamily wasn’t easy, but with a mix of luck and good decisions, we carved out a niche by focusing on properties under 100 units in tertiary markets, with a strong emphasis on our own marketing efforts. Investors have trusted me with over $2 million in capital across my multifamily acquisitions. One of my earliest investors, who also financed my flips, was thrilled to continue working with me as I transitioned into apartment buildings. Her trust stemmed from my track record—always paying on time and keeping her well-informed. One of our standout moves was executing a 1031 exchange, allowing us to defer taxes and reinvest smartly. And, of course, all of our investments are SEC-compliant. Today, my focus is shifting towards Real Estate Development, with a particular passion for Missing Middle housing. It’s a challenging space, but I’m driven to help people achieve homeownership and secure attainable rentals.
