Virginia Class A Licensed Residential Building Contractor (RBC). Full-time rehabber. In the spring of 2014 I left my 60+ hour per week office job where I was making a ton of money. Leaving that job was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I now pursue real estate investing full-time and spend a lot more time with my wife and our 3 kids.
