I currently live in California and I am looking to go after my goal of financial freedom in the next 5 years. We bought a primary residence back in 2010 when the market was still very low that had an apartment on the property that I rehabbed and have been renting out to present day (house hacking). I started off looking to invest in single family homes out of state but after digging into it I felt like with this strategy I couldn't get the results I wanted as fast as I wanted. So now my main focus has shifted to mobile home parks. I love the whole aspect of this niche and I am hungry to get my first park. I'm still in the learning process but I have been busy trying to gain as much knowledge as I can.
