I am currently trying to make a counter offer on a fourplex, but how do I know that after the purchase, that the rental payments will be routed to the new owner/me ? Is there anything in the OFFER itself that I must write or what arrangement or action do I need to take to ensure that after the title transfer and purchase , that the tenants do not continue to be sent to the old property manager ?? PLEASE ADVISE ASAP, my counter offer is due in 24 hrs, thank you ahead.
