A real estate investor from Boston, MA looking for new insight, guidance, advice, and connections. Although my wife and I live in Boston we have focused our investment search on the Tampa Bay area, concentrating on Duplexes, Triplexes and Quadplexes in Pinellas County and Tampa. Recently we bought our first investment property, a triplex in Clearwater Florida. We are confident this first purchase will be the first of many and are excited to have started our journey in real estate investing!
