Hello! My name is Dustin Moore. I bought my first buy and hold investment property in February 2017 (Single Family Residential) and i'm hooked! My goal is a bit ambitious, but it is to have an annual gross income of $1,000,000. In my market this can be accomplished at around 150 units. I am 30, and aim to accomplish this by age 45. Ideal properties for me are single family, duplexes, triplexes, and quads.. anything that will cashflow! Obviously the higher ROI the better, but I will entertain any investment that is below market value. I'm also looking to meet someone who had and met a similar goal!
