Husband, Father, Full-time Pharmacist, Sports enthusiast. I am new to the (real estate) investing world and actively acquiring knowledge through extensive reading, podcasts, bigger pockets, and other blogs. Currently looking forward to my first deal. Short Term Real Estate Goal: To purchase at least 4 doors (SFR or small multi-family properties) in the next 2 years utilizing the BRRR strategy Long Term Real Estate Goals: To develop enough passive income through the stacking of rental properties so that my wife can stay at home with the kids and we can travel the world. Currently Seeking: Knowledge, advice, value-add SFR or small multi-family properties in up and coming neighborhoods near Louisville, Kentucky or southern Indiana.
