I graduated from Southern Utah University with my Bachelor's in Engineering and Technology. I work at the Kennecott Copper Mine driving the biggest off road vehicle in the world the Komatsu 930E. My wife is a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse. Our first real estate property we ended up loosing money on because we didn't do a home inspection and didn't know really what we were doing. We have bought a house for us which we rent our unfinished basement for self storage. And now we are starting to house hack one of our bedrooms and rent to travel nurses. We are actively looking to invest in cash flowing properties in the Midwest. I believe that networking is the key to success in this industry. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like and I will buy lunch and we can talk about real estate.
