I am new to Real Estate investing and have a passion to help others in tight spots. Pre-foreclosures​ and defaulted homes tend to be my target. When all parties can find a solution its a win-win. Most people do not know what their options are when they are in pre foreclosure when it comes to finding a solution. My areas of interest are in acquiring properties for fix and flips, when little equity is involved, a possible Lease Option and or wholesale. My goal is to have multiple exit strategies available to fit any situation of a distress situation.
