I began investing in Real Estate in 2008, from 2008-2014, I flipped over 50 properties, to achieve a more stable return, I started building houses in 2014. I have run 3 small new construction companies, by designing plans, building budgets, and overseeing daily operations. I also am a Texas Real Estate Broker and now I focus on helping other investors across the country secure the best financing for their projects.
