I am a Project Manager for a High-end Residential Custom Home builder. I have worked at a certain 5 star world renown resort in Walland, TN (outside of Townsend) with multi-million dollar homes for the past decade. I am looking to get into the Short Term market in the Smoky Mountains near me, Student Housing, or small Multi Family. I have a lot of construction experience and know many great subcontractors in the Area. I also have an ETSY Shop where I sell Digital Download Construction Management organization and estimating spreadsheets with formulas that help in material takeoffs and cost estimating. visit https://cmsheetspro.etsy.com
