Experience: Started "house hacking" in 2010 with a large 4 bedroom house in Cookeville TN, a college town with good growing industry and tech market. I still rent that property and recently purchased another single family with an extra unit above the garage. I have also started a development company and we are currently building our first two spec houses. Real Estate Goals: Steadily increase the number of rental units. Build my development business to a capacity of 10 houses/projects per year. Some of which will be build-and-hold rentals. Currently Seeking: Mentorship and advice, networking with like-minded investors, connecting with investors in my community.
