New to REI and still ramping up, looking to get started with Multifamily units and later branching out into Tax Deeds and/or either turning them into rental properties or selling them for a profit. Update 3/12/2016: Found a duplex at a (for me) bargain price with great cash flow ($250+ per door). The seller signed the contract yesterday and we should be closing in 30 days! Update 9/23/2018 I still have the duplex mentioned above, after kicking out the property manager that churned and burned my tenants it's been performing amazingly at $350+ per door. Couldn't be happier with my current property management company that has a grasp on everything. I have since moved from WA to OH to increase my portfolio but got sidetracked starting my own cryptocurrency/blockchain business, which has done well so now I get to invest those profits into real estate again. Looking forward to expanding.
