I'm Dustin- a "fairly new" real estate investor and wholesaler in the DE market. What is fairly new? I've been learning real estate for a few years, and as much as I'd like to say my stagnation is the result of analysis paralysis, I'm a firm believer that accountability and getting out more comfort zone play a bigger part. My 2023 Goals: (1) Getting out and networking with other real estate investors and wholesaler around the Wilmington, DE. area and Greater Philadelphia, (2) Launching my company website- a hub, that I'm confident, will foster efficiency with the investors I work with. I started my company, On Point Investments, LLC in April 2021. With the real estate knowledge I've gained so far (since 2016-2017), as well as my website projects, affiliate marketing, and business marketing knowledge... this year it's about execution.
