I consider myself to be a real estate investment enthusiasts by being passionately and meticulously engaged in what I do. I have done a couple deals before and have learned a lot along the way. I am looking to broaden my horizon, build a network and assist others in achieving their real estate dreams Experience: In the past I have purchased several fix to rent properties which brought some positive cash flow and profits from equity. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goals here are to learn from the community and share what little I know about real estate investing. Also I want to network which investors and industry professionals here to complete real estate deals that come across my desk and at the same time making the deal mutually benificial for all parties involved. Thirdly I want to offer services to professionals outside the state of Florida who would like to purchase real estate here. Currently Seeking: Real estate investors and Lenders to partner with to complete some deals. Also seeking real estate investors outside of South Florida who would like to purchase real estate here, I offer several services to assist you with looking at properties here.
