I’m Andrew, based in Charleston, SC. I’ve been involved in real estate for about 7 years, with a focus on seller financing / creative financing. Like a lot of people on BiggerPockets, I got interested in creative finance when traditional lending didn’t fit the deal — or when a seller was open to carrying paper and the terms mattered as much as the price. Over time I kept running into the same friction: great seller-financed opportunities with no central place to discover them, compare terms, or connect seriously. That gap is what led me to build Dwellafy. I’m still actively investing, learning, and doing deals while building the platform — I do not pretend to have all the answers, which is a big part of why I joined this community.
