I am an investor/REALTOR in the Lubbock, TX market. Most of my real estate work comes on the investment side from my off-market business. We specialize in finding off-market investment opportunities in the form of wholesale, subject to, creative financing, flips, etc. I am currently doing about 5-7 flips a year with 5 rentals in my portfolio. I am hoping to build a portfolio centered around creative financing, subject to, and BRRRR properties.
