I'm a new real estate investor who's just now getting started out and looking to aggressively expand into the rental market. I currently have a primary partner, and are considering taking on 1-2 others and incorporating an LLC for our properties. I am eager to make mistakes and learn from them, and to stay involved in the BP community to learn how to avoid them!
