I am a detail-oriented attorney with experience in real estate transactions and financial analysis. As an Associate Attorney at Wilson Williams LLP, I advise and counsel city officials and agencies on land use, zoning, real estate development, and municipal law. I have worked on transactions totaling over $100M in value, conducting due diligence and reviewing federal, state, and local laws to provide legal opinions to city departments and governing boards. Prior to my work at Wilson Williams LLP, I was a member of a team that completed the largest ranch transaction in Montana history ($310M) at Karell Dyre Haney PLLP. I drafted comprehensive asset purchase agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents, and completed due diligence for transactions totaling over $500M in value. I hold a Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana, and have completed the Real Estate Financial Modeling Certificate Levels 1, 2, and 3. I am also an Eagle Scout and Academic All American Collegiate Wrestler.
