Born and raised in Colorado. Construction 25yrs, I have been in the HVAC trade for 15 years. Proficient with commercial and residential service. Currently Service manager at Gustafson Heating in Englewood, CO. I supervise 4 service technicians and 4 installers. We do 50% new construction. 25% Add-on replacement. 25% service/repair Gives great perspective seeing a home built from the ground up. Purchased my primary residence 4+ yrs ago, currently doing what is thought of as house hacking. Want to buy a SFR or duplex in Colorado or Kansas. Eventually transition to larger multifamily. i struggle with staying focused on one strategy/method. Been burned by paying large amounts of money joining communities only to find a large video library on the other side with no definitive starting point. Becoming proficient in something takes years. Looking to learn from others in this community contribute value where I can. Want to find a partner and/or a mentor that I can learn from and share experience with.
