Hello! My name is Dylan, I am a licensed agent in PA but my business is wholesaling. I am the Assistant General Manager at New Western Acquisitions and head of our acquisitions department, we are one of the largest wholesalers in Philadelphia. I have been acquiring/wholesaling properties in Philadelphia for about 4 years now and have extensive knowledge of the market, what neighborhoods are coming and going, title, and many other areas.
