I'm an engineer in the Kansas City area, and eager to get started in real estate investing. I recently bought a duplex for house hacking and I'm currently working on finishing up the rehab phase of my first BRRRR deal (SFR in KC). Experience: No experience (yet)! I haven't even bought a primary residence. Real Estate Goals: 2018: Buy a duplex for house hacking and do my first BRRRR deal in Kansas City. 2019: 3+ BRRRR deals in Kansas City. Long-term: Own 10 units (single- or multi-family) outright by 2027. Currently Seeking: A mentor.
