Dylan is dedicated not only to giving his clients the time and guidance they deserve, but also strives to be there for his clients after the transaction is complete. He prides himself on fostering and building long-term relationships and is able to be there in order to answer questions regarding real estate, referrals or everyday life. In order to show his gratitude and passion for his career, Dylan’s mission is to go the extra mile for each and every one of his clients in all of their endeavors. With an eagerness and desire for excellence, dedication to continuing his extensive education of real estate, a background in construction and data analytics, and a degree in Finance, Dylan strives to become the premier real estate agent in Sonoma County. Background: Growing up on Coyote Moon Farm, an organic farm outside of Sebastopol, Dylan learned from an early age the importance of hard work, giving back to the community, thinking outside the box and being able to work with his hands. After his father, Jeff Mathias, decided to leave farming to start Synergy Solar and Electric, a well-known solar company in Sebastopol, Dylan learned a tremendous amount about how to run a business and the field of renewable energy. Dylan continued his education after attending Analy High School at San Diego State University where he graduated in 2018 with honors and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance. While enrolled in school, Dylan worked full time at Qualcomm Incorporated, a multinational Fortune 500 Company. Working in the Intellectual Property Department, Dylan analyzed data on the patent portfolio and helped develop systems for the 5G-Technology team. While at Qualcomm, he worked on many high profile projects that were the driving force of the companies multi-billion dollars in yearly revenue. After graduating, Dylan made the decision to return to his hometown in order to dedicate his life and career to helping people in the real estate industry around Sonoma County. From growing up in Sebastopol, being a multiple sport athlete at Analy High School, spending time as a volunteer firefighter in Graton, and working in the surrounding areas, Dylan has extensive knowledge of the area to help his clients navigate the process of buying and selling their homes. Dylan works mainly in Sebastopol, Occidental, Bodega, Graton, Rohnert Park, Windsor and Petaluma, but he also helps clients all around Sonoma county including Penngrove, Santa Rosa, Cloverdale, Glen Ellen, Healdsburg, Forestville and more.
