Nick Jacobson

I grew up in Fargo, ND. Now, I live in San Diego, CA. In between, I played a lot of basketball, attended the University of Utah (Go Utes), got married to a wonderful lady, had a 7-year stint in Europe playing professionally, and had a few daughters (all amazing!). In 2010, I retired from basketball, moved to San Diego, and got a real job as a salesman in the payroll and HR industry. Through that job, I met my co-founder and in 2016, we started to build Endeavor2, a short-term rental management company. Along with that, we also buy, rehab, (short-term) rent, refinance, and repeat. I also have my real estate license and would love to show opportunities to other investors who have looked at STRs but not jumped in.
