Started my real estate journey when my hometown flooded in 2016. Renovated a few family properties and purchased a few flooded properties which we BRRRR'd into rentals. Partnered with some local talented friends on flips and rental projects. Currently looking to shift our investment focus to more cashflow producing assets such as short term rentals and multi-family.
