I have been a real estate “dabbler” for the past 10 years. Have flipped and owned rentals in Buffalo NY and in Florida. Am interested in building a portfolio of cash flow producing properties in Buffalo as I look toward retirement in the next 5 years. Would like to execute the BRRRR strategy, but am open to other approaches if the numbers work. Looking to build a solid team that can support acquisition, rehab, funding and property management. Hoping to build knowledge and experience to share with my three daughters so they can start earlier than I did.
