Founder of SJREIG: South Jersey Real Estate Investor Group I own a home inspection & structural engineering business in South Jersey. To supplement my income I invest in real estate via re-development projects and rental properties. Experience: Residential investor since June 2014. Total of 14 flips completed and sold (7 JV deals, 6 solo). One wholesale transaction completed (duplex). One BRRRR method completed (SFR). I also have two house hack deals, one was a live in flip, and one is a duplex that I currently live in. Real Estate Goals: I plan to use real estate as a passive income stream and supplement my inspection business to achieve financial freedom. To generate long term wealth through buy and hold investments. To sprinkle in fix and flip deals to generate capital to purchase additional buy and hold properties. Ideally i like to target distressed properties so that i can capture the increased value by forced appreciation right off the bat. I also plan to house hack my way into a dream home within the next 5-6 years. I plan to acquire a vacation / secondary home at Lake Wallenpaupack, PA within 5 years. Within the near future I would like to break into the value add multi-family space and use 1031 exchange to exponentially grow a multi-family portfolio. My 20 year goal is to purchase 300-400 acres of land and build an 18 hole golf course and custom home community within and around the golf course. Currently Seeking: I am currently in the process of transitioning from 1-4 unit investing to apartment syndication. I am working on putting together my first apartment syndication deal and am looking to put a 40-60 unit property under contract in Q1 of 2020.
