I'm also a prolific networker, syndicator, and love passive income. Experience: I started investing in 2009 with the purchase of my first 3-family property. Over the following several years I kept buying small multifamily properties until I was able to achieve financial independence in January of 2016 when I was able to "retire." Since then I've started syndicating multifamily and own approximately 220 doors with another 250+ in the pipeline. I'm focused on value-add opportunities and occasionally take on a smaller opportunistic investment such as a vacant building or one with major structural problems. I've purchased over a dozen different buildings during that time and have been able to more than 10x my own money in the last 5 years. Additionally, I'm a licensed general contractor in the state of Massachusetts and used to own a remodeling company. I've managed over $2m in residential remodeling projects and contracts. Real Estate Goals: My goals are three-fold. I want to build a reputable brand and company, grow my financial standing and capabilities to be able to buy more deals, and share my knowledge and experience with others. Currently Seeking: Right now I'm focused on finding partners, both active and passive. I need to grow my network of investors who can find and analyze deals in any major growth market. Also, I want to add at least 500 more investors to my network in 2018.
