In 2009 I began investing in real estate through various forms: Fix and flips, Buy and Holds, General Contracting, Joint Ventures and Wholesaling. EB Pinnacle Properties has bought and sold over 10 million dollars in real estate. Currently EB Pinnacle Properties controls over 2.5 million dollars in real estate assets generating positive cash flow each month. Through research and examples, EB Pinnacle is positioned with knowledge, a strong team and the ability to continue to grow as a value add cash flow real estate investment and solutions company. In 2018 made a large shift away from primary flips and went into buying under 60 unit distressed apartment buildings. We use our construction knowledge to re-develop properties. After stabilizing, we refinance and self manage the property. Goal: 500 units by 2025 Current as of 2022: 71
