I'm a Texas based investor primarily interested in the redevelopment of distressed property. I have acquired, rehabbed, and sold SFHs, small MF buildings, and commercial lots. Some of these properties became long term rentals (with some dabbling in STR's) while others were short term flips. Most of my work has been in Texas to date, and I've been lucky (and worked hard enough) to succeed with all projects to date.
