I'm 28 and married to my high school sweetheart. We've been investing in real estate since we were 21 and 20 respectively. We've recently organized an LLC which just made it's first purchase - and is our fourth property. I'm a stockbroker by day and, property manager by night, and occasionally, a flight instructor as well.
