I have enjoyed been involved in Real Estate since I was a young boy, drawing , designing and imagining the posibilities in my own family homes. Most of my life I have work in Real Estate related industries, Property Management, Realtor, Mortgage lending. I have bought several investment home for rent and some I have rehabed for a profit. After 2008 , most of my equity disipated but renew confidence in the market has revived my enthusiasm and drive for getting back in game. I am working on building a good cash base to buy and rehab and would love to connect with Private Lenders.
