Edwin D Epperson III is a self motivated entreprenuer who has a deep desire to see those around him succeed and to build relationships that encourage personal and professional growth. His quick thinking and ability to solve problems have given him success in his professional and personal challenges. Having served 13+ years in the United States Army, he dedicated himself to self development and raising his personal bar of excellence. Not one to be satisfied with having no challenges, he tried out and succeeded in proving himself worthy to wear the famed U.S. Army Green Beret. His training refined his ability to think out of the box and attack problems from multiple angels while maintaining a clear focus on directives from his supervisors. 2006 he began his real estate investing career by buying and fixing several properties, while also getting to know and understand the wholesaling side of the real estate investment business. In 2010 he began to build his team of professionals within the industry to be able to start loaning his money, along with a few trusted friends, to the very people he had come from, the real estate rehabber. His well developed team includes real estate brokers, mortgage brokers and lenders, title and escrow companies. He utilizes appraisers from the local areas he invest in while relying on experienced 203K inspectors who can evaluate and oversee the rehab of his borrowers properties. He is passionate about his local city of Tampa FL, and he holds in deep regard his fellow brothers and sisters in the military. Due to his private mortgage investing business, he has allowed his friends and family members to also participate with him in his deal funding, thus encouraging personal growth and educating those around him into a life of wealth.
