Eddie Bazel

Hello my name is Eddie Bazel. I begin my journey with real estate at the age of 18. When I turn my real estate license it was right at the downturn which caused me to back off and I never actually got to put my license to use. Now 17 years later I'm actually ready to get into investing and fixing and flipping homes. Within that 17 years I have worked for two separate home builders one being Richmond American homes and the other William Lyon Homes. In this industry I have learned a lot about the process of building homes and the process in which it takes to get the homes built and buyers in them. My goal now is to get into the investing aspect of Real Estate and fulfilling my dream of becoming financially free. I'm currently in the process of reading numerous real estate investing books which has actually motivated me to finally stop being scared and procrastinating and dive into this world of Real Estate. I understand that this will be a journey but I am more willing to put in the work to get to where I want to be within the next five years.
