Edward Prochilo

I am a new investor in South Carolina and a member of UpState CREIA. I've been studying real estate investing for the last couple of years and now I'm making a real attempt to get active in it despite myself. I've attempted a handful of deals that fell through, but they were great learning experiences. I am on here to network, learn other investment techniques, and possibly find some partners. My main focus is on wholesaling, but I am open to other strategies as well.
