I am currently a Regional Manager for an industrial construction company this is my 9-to-5 job. But what I love to do is invest in real estate, purchased my first duplex at the age of 19. When all of my other friends was out partying and having a great time enjoy in life. I was one of the guys that did the opposite, I loved working on houses. So today in my 30s I continue to take most of my W-2 money and dump into real estate. I currently own multiple properties some single-family some small multi family. I also spent a lot of my time trying to help others invest their money into real estate. Goals: Spend more time with family. Buy my first vacation rental. Hit 100,000 in gross rental revenue a month. (By 40) Continue purchasing properties until 45. Start paying down my real estate portfolio between 45 and 50. I could go on and on with my goals, I have a passion with planning for the future. I am a true believer in planning, if you do not have a plan you will go nowhere.
