I started learning about Real Estate Investing in 1999-2000. At the time I thought if I could learn how to fix property myself, I could depend only on myself to get the job done. How naive I was back then however I just got out of High School and didn't know where to start. I then gave up..So after a few years of getting my hands dirty doing handyman work, I became an Loan Officer in 2003 to learn more of the lending side. I did well and found myself networking with investors in my area and ended up finding a company that would take me in as a consultant. I began wholesaling SFR then Apartment units came along. We bought and held several luxury properties.. I put my hands into a Fix and Flip projects. My focus is now on Commercial property.
