I am a Realtor here in the Boise area. As well I am an Electrical contractor. So I have solid of knowledge of all homes and buildings. And all the systems within them. I have had up to 10 rental properties that I maintained and managed. Looking to restart and get into flipping homes and eventually get back to having some investment units.
