I have 29 yrs. experience. I've had 200+ units. I currently have trailer parks, a 3 unit and single family homes. I have employees that manage the properties. I have sold and owner financed many of my properties. I wrote a book Real Estate Investing Made Simple that is designed to help newer investors be confident in the business available on Amazon. Currently I’m just looking to help others. Experience: I started in 1992 buying condos in CT. Then moved to ME and bought many SFHs, apartment buildings, mobile homes, mobile home parks and rooming houses. Real Estate Goals: I’m buying mobile home parks, STR units, SFH to flip. I may be interested in teaming up with the right people. Currently Seeking: People that I can help become financially independent and help quit their jobs if they want. I would also be interested in masterminding. I’m interested in 50-75 unit mobile home parks.
