About myself
I have a extensive experience in Illinois tax lien investing and own several rental properties, some of which I acquired through tax deeds. I have rehabbed most of these properties. I am looking to branch out into flipping and wholesaling. I am interested in everything involving distressed properties: foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, and so on as well as bank REOs. Would also like to learn more about how to finance such deals.
