Edgar Martin

I am new to BiggerPockets and the real estate investment world. I have a strong desire to learn as much as I can in the next year about flipping houses before I take the leap and begin my journey in 2018. I currently have an existing primary which in a few months I will be renting out as we soon move into our new home. My plan is to hold the rental for a year or so before selling it and utilizing some of the profit to springboard into flipping. I cannot wait to begin!
