I am a construction manager currently working as a project manager for a plumbing company that specializes in new construction multifamily. My wife and I bought our first home in an inhabitable state after it was involved in a fire. We did a full rehab on it and realized we both enjoyed the process of seeing a destroyed home come to life. We are doing tons of research and hope to get into real estate investing soon, specifically spec homes.
