Hello, my name is Edgar Martinez and I'm a Registered Architect in New York. I am also a real estate agent, a landlord, and have even done a little bit of property management for others in the past. My goal in life is to become an Architect and Developer. That's why I've joined BP to learn more about all aspects of the business including Deal Finding (with possible Wholesaling), BRRRR, Flipping, Add-A-Levels (AKA Pop-Tops), New & Re-Development, as well as about being a smart and efficient Real Estate Investor in general. I'm always looking for new people to meet and new opportunities to learn and explore. Currently living in a Duplex with my beautiful wife and awesome children.
