House flipper at beginning stages . Interested in learning from people that have done it and not just read about it . Starting off in Irvington , Nj area and hoping to learn as I go . I have read some good books and just started listening to the bigger pockets podcast and I love the enthusiasm so I figured why not . I really enjoy all the positive energy and I'm truly excited for the great things I will learn from everybody beginner and pro . Thank u for the all the future experiences .
