I’m 18 and I was born in Queens, NY. I spend my time reading about real estate and the various ways of investing in it. I truly don’t know how I’d start investing in real estate (but I’d hope to start soon). As of now I would be looking for something not too time consuming because I’m in college so I couldn’t 100% focus on a property if I were flipping, for example If anyone would like to take a newbie under their wing, I’d be glad to do so and I’d try to be as helpful as possible I don’t have too much capital but I wouldn’t be afraid to put it all on the table if necessary because either I learn and get a return or I learn and lose it all...
